Booking Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation:
– All reservations must be guaranteed with a part/ full payment at the time of booking.
– Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and reference number.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:
– Check-in time: 12:00 PM
– Check-out time: 12:00 PM (24-hour check-out policy)
– Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Maximum Occupancy:
– The maximum number of guests allowed in normal rooms is two.
– Additional bed charges are as follows:
– Suites: ₹400 + GST
– AC Deluxe: ₹300 + GST
– AC Deluxe Normal: ₹300 + GST
– AC Normal and Non-AC Rooms: ₹200 + GST
– AC Deluxe in Hotel Diana: ₹300 + GST
– Children are welcome, with a maximum of two children allowed per room. Additional beds can be purchased if needed.

4. GST and Rates:
– Room rates are displayed exclusive of GST.
– A 12% GST will be charged on all room rates.

Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur no charges.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a 10% deduction of the total booking amount.

2. No-Show Policy:
– In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

3. Early Departure Policy:
– Guests who depart before their scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of their original reservation.

4. Modification Policy:
– Any changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid any charges.
– Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

– We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

– Special requests (such as specific room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
