General Information
Our check-out policy is 24 hours from the time of check-in, ensuring flexibility for our guests.
Cancellations made within one day of check-in will incur a 10% deduction.
The maximum number of guests in a normal room is three. For additional guests, extra bed charges apply.

Yes, children are welcome. A maximum of two children are allowed per room. Additional beds can be purchased if needed.
No, all room rates are exclusive of GST. A 12% GST will be charged.
Parking is available at the front of the hotel, behind the Hotel Diana building, and in a ground parking area behind the Tower building. There is also plenty of two-wheeler parking available at the side of the Diana Bar.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas, corridors, and bar rooms. Smoking in private spaces is at your own risk. We do not recommend smoking as it is injurious to health.
Yes, our reception and staff are available 24 hours a day.
Our hotel is NH-facing. From Coimbatore, take the left side; from Thrissur, take the right side. Drivers towards Palakkad or Coimbatore can take the side road before the overbridge. From the other side, take a U-turn after the overbridge and cross the road under the bridge to access the hotel.

The hotel is equipped with all necessary firefighting equipment. Fire exits are clearly marked, and the meeting point is at the front of the hotel.
Yes, all buildings have fully functional elevators with staff assistance available.
Rooms are cleaned daily, and all outside areas, corridors, steps, and rails are cleaned with antibacterial solutions daily. Our cleaning staff is vigilant in maintaining cleanliness.
Restaurant, Events and Meetings
We have a restaurant named Queens Restaurant, offering premium class seating and a good ambiance. We serve authentic Kerala and Chinese dishes, prepared freshly by our experienced chefs.
We have a large auditorium that can accommodate over 500 people, an AC banquet hall for smaller gatherings around 150 people, an executive class meeting room, and a conference hall with all necessary equipment. To book an event facility, please contact Manidas at 9495449801.
