1. Reservations and Payments

1.1. Reservation Confirmation:

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a part/ full payment at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

1.2. Payment:

• Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

1.3. Rates and Charges:

• Room rates are displayed exclusive of GST. A 12% GST will be charged on all room rates. Additional charges may apply for extra beds and other services.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1. Check-In Time:

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM.

2.2. Check-Out Time:

• Check-out time is 12:00 PM (24-hour check-out policy). Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

3.1. Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a 10% deduction of the total booking amount.

3.2. No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

3.3. Early Departure:

• Guests who depart before their scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of their original reservation.

4. Room Policies

4.1. Maximum Occupancy:

• The maximum number of guests allowed in normal rooms is three. Additional bed charges are as follows:
  • Suites: ₹400 + GST
  • AC Deluxe: ₹300 + GST
  • AC Deluxe Normal: ₹300 + GST
  • AC Normal and Non-AC Rooms: ₹200 + GST
  • AC Deluxe in Hotel Diana: ₹300 + GST

4.2. Children Policy:

• Children are welcome, with a maximum of two children allowed per room. Additional beds can be purchased if needed.

4.3. Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas, corridors, and bar rooms. Smoking in private spaces is at your own risk. We do not recommend smoking as it is injurious to health.

5. Amenities and Services

5.1. Parking:

• Parking is available at the front of the hotel, behind the Hotel Diana building, and in a ground parking area behind the Tower building. Two-wheeler parking is available at the side of the Diana Bar.

5.2. Room Service:

• Room service is available 24 hours a day. Our friendly staff is always ready to assist.

5.3. Hot Water:

• Hot water is provided at all times for showers.

5.4. Elevators:

• All buildings have fully functional elevators with staff assistance available.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Safety Features:

• The hotel is equipped with all necessary firefighting equipment. Fire exits are clearly marked, and the meeting point is at the front of the hotel.

6.2. Cleanliness:

• Rooms and common areas are cleaned daily with antibacterial solutions. Our cleaning staff is vigilant in maintaining cleanliness.

6.3. Legal Compliance:

• We comply with all necessary licenses, including government licenses, excise licenses, GST, food safety licenses, staff registration, health cards, periodical health visits, and COVID-19 safety precautions.

7. Restaurant and Events

7.1. Dining:

• Our restaurant, Queens Restaurant, offers premium class seating and serves authentic Kerala and Chinese dishes, prepared freshly by our experienced chefs.

7.2. Event Facilities:

• We have a large auditorium that can accommodate over 1500 people, an AC banquet hall for smaller gatherings, an executive class meeting room, and a conference hall with all necessary equipment. To book an event facility, please contact George at xxxxxxxx.
